I use the mount for two 31.5" monitors and I'm really very pleased with it. The construction is solid, stable and even with such large monitors it doesn't feel like it's working at the limit of its capabilities. After correctly adjusting the arm tension, the monitors are held exactly in the desired position and their position can still be comfortably adjusted. The package is complete, assembly is simple and the instructions are sufficiently clear. It's practically foolproof. I also appreciate the integrated cable covers, which keep the setup clean and tidy. For the price, it's a surprisingly sturdy and well-thought-out mount. I would confidently recommend it even for a pair of large monitors.

We struggled a lot attaching the monitor with the side mount (AlzaErgo VA120 APW-EGVA120B), where you had to remove the mounting plate from one of the arms to be able to fix the mount to the monitor. Once the plate is removed, the nuts and washers fall out of the end of the arm, and it's very difficult to get everything back in there while screwing it on at the same time. This operation requires at least two people, skill, and a lot of patience. It would be good if at least the washers were firmly attached by the manufacturer from the start.

The overall experience is somewhat good, it takes some time to align the screws with the spring resisting accurate positioning, but that's fair. Limit on vertical position might be an issue if you are looking into putting the monitors into extreme lows and highs. ( I have 2 x 27 inch monitors and it is almost perfect but I cant say that it will be the same experience for other sizes.
