no "matte layer" as one is used to with matte photos

For me, with the cheapest printer on the market, an absolutely amazing result, I cannot praise it enough. Nice paper texture, for the money I can' t say a single word against it.

It probably looks a little better than if it was printed on plain paper (Thursday), but as a photo it' s weak. I like matte photos and this doesn' t look like a velvety look at all. It' s more like paper. I can' t quite imagine the use.
I probably had a better result with Epson Value Glossy paper (which is of course glossy) for the same price, even though it was no glory either.
