I wanted a relatively large TV but not for the price of a new Fabia, which this TV fulfilled 100%. 120Hz is definitely noticeable compared to 60Hz, QLED vs LED is also a step forward. The Vidaa system is fast and doesn't crash, although I'm a bit annoyed that the original Vidaa apps can't be deleted, but that's nothing major. The remote feels quite low-key and at first glance I thought it was unnecessarily large with too many buttons for today, but when I picked it up it became one of the best remotes I've ever held.

But Alza's traffic is a tragedy. Delivery 14-16 hours. At 4:07pm I call to see if I can get out with the dog for a while, yes you can. At 4:10 they call to say they'll be there in 10 minutes. After another 25 min they call to say they are on site but at someone else's place. In another hour they arrived. They unpacked the TV but didn't plug it in. I had arranged for the removal of packaging materials and they said I couldn't order it because I had to keep the packaging for 14 days. But in the handover report they had ticked that they had taken the packaging away, so I crossed it out. Alza responded with a 300 CZK discount on the next purchase. But next time I'll order elsewhere.
