I used Alza's home delivery service for the first time. It depends a lot on the crew that will deliver the goods, it is an external company. The first crew was a total disaster, they did everything they could to not deliver the product and they succeeded. On the day of delivery, an information sms about a 2 hour delivery window. Then a call to make sure you're home, as any delivery service usually does. If you don't pick up the phone for whatever reason and call back, they won't pick up either. Arrive at the time that is in the sms but no one calls, rings, knocks and they drive away. Two days later everything was ok, phone. the contact will even adjust the delivery time by approx. 1h if you are not at home at that time, then they will mount the TV on the wall bracket, take it to the apartment, etc. without any problems. Total satisfaction. It's about people.
