I was worried about the dull screen, but it's great. Beautiful image, true to colour. There is nothing to fault the television. The only problem was the Alza shipping. They brought it to me at a different time than I chose. It didn't help that I called them twice and alerted them. I also ordered the installation. The technicians (the platoon driver and the driver) did not even have their own tools. When they brought the TV into my living room and assembled the stand, mud was falling off the TVs, so I had to clean up after them.

I used to have a monitor with a matte screen and was afraid to buy a TV with a matte surface too. It has been my experience that a matte finish reduces color saturation and contrast. I was very pleasantly surprised that this is not the case and the picture has a very nice rendering of backlight, brightness and contrast. I have the unsubstantiated feeling that the Neo QLED has a more vivid picture (but it was also 2x the price), but my window regularly glosses in it. It's totally great for everyday use. The price/quality ratio is OK for me.

I was disappointed with the sound, across a wide range of settings it didn't last very long and I had to plug in the soundbar. With him, it's already an experience. When switching from soundbar to TV speaker and back the difference in sound quality is extreme and unlistenable.
The stability of the stand is a concern for me. The screen "rocks" backwards/forwards when you touch or move the TV table on the stand. It was fitted by Alza, a terrible experience, but that doesn't belong here, and I can't tell if it's the TV or the Pat and Mat who fitted it. Either way, wall mounting will be a much safer choice.
