The service evaluated a slight improvement, but the picture remained the same, still suffering from DSE and inconsistent backlight - according to the manufacturer, this is normal. I find it unacceptable. If you are expecting a quality image, this brand is best avoided.

The logistics of shipping TV via Alza Express is quite tragic and costs a lot of effort. I recommend having your TV professionally calibrated.
