Pre-installed apps on Google TV, some of which can't be uninstalled (but can at least be deactivated from the settings menu, making them disappear from the Google TV menu)

Some of the buttons on the controller, e.g. the button to switch input between Google TV and standard TV reception or the button to select the quick menu for picture and sound profiles, which I use quite often so far, are small and drowned between the dial, making it harder to hit them blindly.

Approximately 20 seconds to start the TV without "quick start" mode, slower loading of Google TV and response to some buttons (e.g. calling up the menu), but I counted on that according to the reviews and it doesn't upset me in any fundamental way.

Some of the factory settings need to be adjusted in the menu to suit yourself - for example, there was a preset "quick start", where the TV does not turn off completely and therefore has more power consumption, or sound profiles, where the bass and surround sound are completely turned off (although without the soundbar it is still weak, but still the difference is noticeable).

Sometimes complicated settings in the menu, deeper in the menu you sometimes encounter machine and not logical translation of items into English. But it's not very often.
