I would like to thank Alza for a really helpful service with the return of another TV - TLC 43P655 (this TV had incredibly flickering VA panel backlight). This Sony KD-43X75WL TV is an absolute blast - great picture, sound adjustable for better speech recognition. BUT the best feature of this TV is in the Motionflow setting with Motionflow (Personal, smoothness to maximum, movie mode - high), where even a very poor quality signal transmitted via DVB-T, which is only 25Hz and on other TVs looks like a badly animated, choppy video, this TV can use this setting to beautifully smooth out that you feel like you're watching a video recorded at 50Hz. Together with the IPS panel and the non-flickering backlighting of the panel, which does not flicker even when the screen brightness is reduced, and the incredibly large viewing angles, where even at 89° side view the image does not show signs of changing the colour spectrum, this TV is an absolute leader. The only thing I could see the possibility of faulting is the unintuitive TV remote control system, which forget about controlling program changes with the up and down arrows and controlling volume with the left or right arrows or calling up any menu with the button inside the cross between the arrows. All these functions have their own buttons, which are almost impossible to find in the dark - there are two remote controls (one with bluetooth), but they have almost identical controls and neither is backlit - so you'll probably struggle with this in the dark as much as I did. However, this is just a small complaint that can't affect the fact that this TV has a divine picture, average sound (which has above average speech intelligibility), a pretty fast system, which has only version 10 of android in the base - I haven't tried updating it yet, but overall I would definitely recommend this TV.
IPS panel
incredible colour stability even when changing the viewing angle
Android responsiveness
possibility of adjusting the smoothness of the image even with poor quality video signal
subtlety in transition e.g. skin colours - this is the advantage of the IPS panel
the panel backlight does not flicker even when the brightness of the picture is reduced
possibility of adjusting the sound with the equalizer
uncluttered and complicated menu than other Android TVs
non-intuitive operation of the non-illuminated remote control
the sound is only average, flat, without the possibility of accentuating the bass component, but speech is well understood
Android version is basically 10

I purchased this TV as a replacement for a 15 year old Bravia model KDL-40W5500 that suddenly went out of service. I was surprised by the low price, as my original TV (with a smaller diagonal) once cost me 30k. Even today, there are many thousands more expensive models on offer that offer plus/minus the same, but they're just younger model years, for example) The TV doesn't weigh too much on the shelf because it only weighs 10 kg. I was surprised by the beautiful picture, compared to the older model the difference is very noticeable). And I don't see it as a problem at all that it doesn't have 100 Hz (like its predecessor), but only 50 Hz. nothing's breaking and I don't see any difference. The TV has an awful lot of features, including subscription services, eco features, etc. Some are useful, others are for two things. But they're there and nobody's forcing them on you. It is possible to record TV programs to an external USB drive, but unfortunately you can only play them back on the same TV, without the possibility of transferring the recording to a computer. With this limitation, the whole recording function is almost useless. It can perfectly control external sources via HDMI (Blu-Ray, multimedia center, etc.) Two remote controls are included: one classic and the other with Bluetooth connectivity, so when you have a curious child in front of the TV, it still works. The second remote contains six useless buttons for subscription services (Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, etc.). These services can be selected in the TV menu. I appreciate the possibility of connecting both terrestrial and satellite antennas, so I could throw away the set-top-box for satellite and the set-top-box for DVB-T2. There is a DLNA function, or playing music, photos and videos from AV servers, but unfortunately only some videos work. Most of the time it endlessly digs and the film doesn't start, even though the 15 years older TV was able to do it perfectly. I appreciate the option to choose between Classic TV and Google TV mode, especially the option to keep Classic TV mode, as I find the Google TV environment incredibly irritating. Unfortunately, logging into your Google account is followed by an automatic and irreversible change from Classic TV to Google TV mode, and you can only return to Classic TV via a factory reset. I'm missing the output cinches to connect the sound to the amplifier. There's only an optical output, so it works through a conversion box + optical cable. An extra five hundred bucks. I also miss the older AV inputs, i.e. composite, component and SCART. If you, for example. you want to keep the old VHS video connected, so you need a SCART => HDMI conversion box. But overall, despite some of the negatives listed (which can be resolved), the TV is really excellent.
low price (other TVs are many thousands more expensive and offer the same thing, perhaps because of the younger model year)
light weight (does not weigh down the rack, shelf)
beautiful picture (compared to older models, the difference is very noticeable). I don't see it as a problem at all that it doesn't have 100 Hz, but only 50 Hz. nothing's breaking.
many features (some useful, some unnecessary - but they are there)
possibility of recording TV programs to an external USB drive (there is a limitation associated with this, see cons)
control of external sources via HDMI
two remote controls (one of them can work via bluetooth)
possibility to connect terrestrial and satellite antenna
music, photo and video playback from AV servers (DLNA function)
Choice between Classic TV and Google TV mode
after logging into your Google account, the mode is automatically and irreversibly changed from Classic TV to Google TV mode, which may not suit everyone (you can only return to Classic TV via a factory reset)
the second remote contains six unnecessary buttons for subscription services (Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, etc. ),. These services can be selected in the TV menu.
the recording on the external USB drive is not usable on the computer, but only on the TV, and there is no editing (editing the beginning and end, cutting out commercials). Without the ability to transfer the recording elsewhere, the feature is pretty much useless)
video playback from the server (DLNA) works badly. Often it "digs" and nothing starts. The old Bravia handled this perfectly (I do it through a Sony Blu-ray player, which does it perfectly)
absence of output cinch for audio connection to the amplifier. There is only an optical output, so I need a conversion box and an optical cable (then it works).
absence of older inputs (composite, component, SCART). If you, for example. you want to keep the old VHS video connected, so you need a SCART->HDMI conversion box
