It's subjective but beware! Who will switch like me from 27 inch Dell ultrasharp to this one will be disappointed. Text readability is a disaster (even with better display and HiDpi on). The fineness is 109 PPI and the 27 is of course 169 which is a big difference. Returned it made my eyes hurt

I am extremely happy with this monitor! Perfect wideness, not too wide like the 49” monitors. The automatic brightness is great, especially for when it gets darker. The only issue I have had with it so far is that when you use the speakers or the built in audio output, there is no audio volume control on MacOS. But the solution to this is a simple USB-A to 3.5mm adapter.

I was looking for something high quality at a higher price for everyday programming. I usually prefer Apple products, but their Apple Studio monitor put me off with overpriced accessories (lift stand +12K). This monitor is just cool, ultrawide is absolutely perfect for programmers. Finally, one monitor is enough. I just had to buy a camera, too bad it's not integrated. They charge my MacBook Pro, picture great, colors great, I'm happy.
KVM - I have a MacBook and a MacMini connected at the same time and I switch between the machines via a hotkey. Internet, Magic Keyboard and Magic Trackpad will switch automatically (must be via cable, not via Bluetooth)
