I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The monitor looks well crafted, but it's clear that a lot of money didn't go into the design, but into the panel. Which is actually a positive thing. This is a really high quality VA panel, and I didn't have to change too many settings because it's set up almost perfectly from the factory. 1440p at 27 inches looks super sharp, not to mention 10 bit colors and 180Hz. The ghosting is also minimal, I don't actually see any, but of course there will be some, which is why it's VA. I don't know what more you could ask for at that price. I recommend

Compared to the IPS panels, this VA panel is really in a different league and with the eyes squinted and in some scenes, it's almost close to OLED. The black is indeed black enough and the colors vibrant. However, I wouldn't recommend this monitor for anything other than gaming. Even for office work, I'd rather choose IPS for more subtle colour rendering.
