I wonder if anyone checks the screens at all during the production of those panels... The manufacturer knows very well that his panels suffer the most from Vertical Banding compared to Samsung and still sends something like that for sale (see photo). All I had to do was open Google and these bars popped up. In light games it's not noticeable, but in something darker like Resident Evil it's extremely distracting to the whole atmosphere of the game. Anyway, it is a panel lottery and each panel can have different banding, unfortunately mine had extreme banding.
nice picture
panel quality not much

For gaming or watching movies, the OLED is just not up to par, but even for everyday use I find it more than sufficient. I switched from a Full HD IPS panel and the picture quality has moved up a level. I was - and still am - absolutely thrilled (and I have an OLED TV, so this is not my first experience with an OLED panel). If you have a relatively dark room and the monitor faces the window, I wouldn't worry about the glossy panel. The anti burn-in features don't bother me and probably work (I can't judge yet). This monitor is not for people who want to primarily use it for Word or Excel - but that's probably no OLED for now.
Glossy panel (amazing picture, beautiful colors, black is really black)
Quality workmanship
When the monitor is off, there is no annoying LED on (for some this may be a disadvantage)
Design
Overloaded menu
Price
Glossy panel - if the monitor is in a very bright room or shining from a window or lamp, it may be visible (especially in dark scenes).

My first experience with an OLED monitor. And it didn't turn out so well. It makes me feel like the whole OLED craze is one big scam. The monitor is completely unusable for anything outside of gaming and watching movies. If he also needs to do some work on the PC, or even read something, avoid him. First of all, I was blown away by how ugly any text looks on this monitor. It's a throwback to 20 years ago, an ugly, blocky writing that will give you a headache and eyeache after a few minutes. This is supposed to be the technology of the future? Another thing is the glossy surface. The monitor is like a mirror, you basically see nothing but your reflection during the day. So, another strain on the eyes. Looking at the monitor made me physically ill, I couldn't sit in front of it for more than an hour. I returned the monitor and am happy to return to the tried and true IPS technology. As far as SDR images go, IPS is still unbeatable there, and there's no comparison to this crap. I feel sorry for all those who have bought into the OLED hype, which is only to extract ungodly amounts of money from people for an unfinished technology that is not at all suitable for such use. And don't be fooled by the positive reviews of OLED monitors in general, most of the time the reviewers benefit financially.
Nothing
The monitor gives me a headache and makes me physically sick (I've never experienced anything like this before)
Completely unusable for anything outside of gaming and watching movies
Unreadable ugly fonts
A glossy surface, where the monitor is almost unusable if you have a light source in the room, such as a window, that is located other than directly behind the monitor
SDR image is significantly worse than IPS at a third of the price
VRR flicker
Nasty purple glare frame under the display. I don't understand the purpose, I guess it's supposed to be a design thing, but it looks extremely tacky to me and the reflections are quite distracting.
