This 240Hz monitor is excellent, it has very nice and accurate colors the picture looks as it should. compared to my old 100Hz monitor it's an extreme day and night difference in smoothness and color accuracy, perfect for games and movies. After a few days I noticed a dead pixel on the monitor so I went to the branch to claim it and in 2 days the claim was settled by replacing it with a new piece and all is well. The monitor is perfect for the price and the great willingness from Alza to replace the monitor for a new one because of 1 dead pixel so I have no choice but to give a 5/5 rating and I highly recommend the monitor.

Purchased as a secondary monitor upgrade from 1080p60 to 1080p240 to unify the refresh rate with the main 1440p240 monitor, as Windows still has weird issues with the different frequency - the typical "video on the second monitor "slows down" the game on the primary monitor at 60Hz" and such (it's been happening on both Radeon and GeForce since forever). The colors are pretty good, but nothing cutting edge. Grayscale shadows are worse, but that's because AOC wants to mask the typical slowness of a VA panel in dark shades (pretty much every VA monitor manufacturer does this). After calibration it's much better, but still significantly worse than my primary monitor, but that's an IPS panel with an ATW polarizer at (normally) almost five times the price, so not exactly a fair comparison (LG 32GQ850). Great monitor for gaming and as a cheap secondary panel, but for movies/photos or work I would recommend something else (usually a more expensive IPS panel).
