Acer Aspire V17 Nitro Black Edition II
High-octane performance
Power through the most demanding video-editing projects and movies with superior hardware — top-end standard voltage Intel processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M graphics card.
Innovative design
An exciting red LED bar is the focal point of a dramatic yet stylish notebook design. It dimly lights up when graphics card is activated, indicating performance-intensive graphics tasks. In manual mode, it can serve as a unique decorative element.
Breathtaking detail
Choose from a range of superb 17" display options, including a Full HD option with Acer ColorBlast technology. It gives you 100% Adobe RGB (more than twice as many colours as the average laptop). Meanwhile, IPS technology provides wide viewing angles and good visibility in daylight.
Cinematic surround sound
Aspire V Nitro Black Edition features progressive audio technologies that create perfect sound experience comparable to the cinema. Four 8 W built-in speakers and Dolby Digital Plus Home Theater offer stunningly realistic surround sound. And with the handy Dolby user interface, you can personalise it to your liking and make perfect audio settings for various movie genres.
Perfect WiFi reception
The slot antenna is a big breakthrough in the antenna construction technology. It reduces its own noise and offers fast wireless connection with 360° coverage and no dead spots.
Lightning fast SSD
Built-in fast SSD or SSHD drives ensure speedy and responsive data storage, making any notebook work much faster and smoother, especially when dealing with multimedia files, video processing, or high-resolution photos.
CoolBoost
The notebook’s exceptional Turbo Mode CoolBoost technology improves fan speed and cooling performance. This innovative feature allows users to manually control the cooling when high workload starts requiring extra power. Increasing the speed by 19% reduces the temperature of the CPU/graphics chip by 11%.
Acer DustDefender
Ultra-thin DustDefender Acer metal fan blades use sophisticated technology that greatly limits dust build-up and enables extra-high fan speeds for greatly improved heat dissipation from high performance components. Limited dust build-up and consistently lower temperatures extend the notebook’s service life, reduce noise, and improve work productivity, further increasing user comfort.
Acer BYOC
Create your own cloud storage with ultimate privacy, highest level of security, and easy access from any device. Storage capacity can be as large as you need, and your computer will become a true personal multimedia centre. With BYOC you can wirelessly synchronise all the devices in your ecosystem simultaneously, regardless of network connectivity, operating system, or brand.
