Nikon NIKKOR Z 14-24mm f/2.8 S
The NIKKOR Z 14-24mm f/2.8 S is a high-luminosity lens with advanced optics, an extensive sealing system and a focal length of 14-24mm for FX-format mirrorless cameras. The large-diameter Nikon Z mount and fixed f/2.8 aperture deliver impressive performance that rivals even fixed focal length lenses. Focusing is fast, smooth and quiet, and you can control exposure parameters directly on the lens.

Excellent optical performance
The NIKKOR Z 14-24mm f/2.8 S lens offers exceptional brilliance across the entire image field. Light loss at the edges of the image field is effectively corrected even when using a fully open aperture. Nikon Nano Crystal Coat and ARNEO anti-reflective coatings dramatically reduce the appearance of reflections and veils even in backlit shots. Point light sources such as stars or cityscape lights no longer require time-consuming editing. Excellent optical performance and resolution ensure faithful reproduction of fine details in light sources across the entire image field.
Smooth and quiet operation, fast response
Whether the scene calls for still images or video, you always have precise control over your shots. Zoom and focus ring provide optimum resistance when rotating for comfortable operation. Autofocusing is smooth and quiet, and focal length changes during refocusing and focus changes during zooming are virtually eliminated. The compact design allows the use of 112 mm diameter screw-on filters together with the included special sun visor. The rear filter slot allows the use of gelatin coloured filters.
Durable, compact and reliable design
An extensive set of seals around the moving parts of the lens barrel protects against dust and moisture ingress. The aluminium alloy bayonet reduces weight while increasing durability. Nikon Fluorine Coating repels water, dust and dirt without compromising image quality. It also allows easier cleaning of the front optical component of the lens. The NIKKOR Z 14-24mm f/2.8 S is the shortest and lightest FX-format extreme wide-angle zoom lens with f/2.8 aperture. * Weighing only 650g, it allows you to easily capture more space.
* Among interchangeable zoom lenses for FX-format digital cameras with a shortest focal length of 14mm or less and f/2.8 aperture across the zoom range as of September 2020. Based on Nikon research.

Nikon’s beginnings date back to 1917 in Japan. At first, the company mainly produced lenses - telescopes, binoculars, microscopes and other small, optical equipment. Soon the company expanded its portfolio, producing photographic lenses under the Nikkor brand.
In the field of cameras, particularly among professionals, Nikon quickly gained a reputation as a top manufacturer, which continues today. Its cameras were even included in the equipment of American spacecraft. Nikon designed and produced the legendary Nikon SP 1957, regarded by many as the best camera of all time.
