The eight-layer PCB with reinforced copper and server-grade materials guarantees reliable signal transmission. Advanced Frozr Design cooling
The Frozr Design cooling system combines extended heatsinks connected by a heat pipe, which efficiently dissipate heat from the power circuits and the chipset. The M.2 Shield Frozr heatsinks, with a double-sided cover and 7W/mK thermal pads, protect SSDs from overheating and throttling, ensuring high storage performance. The enlarged chipset heatsink then reduces noise and is designed to limit dust build-up while maintaining high heat dissipation efficiency.
