LEGRAND UPS Keor SP 1500VA/900W

LEGRAND UPS Keor SP 1500VA/900W
The Legrand Keor SP backup power supply with line-interactive topology provides a real power output of 900W. This free-standing tower unit offers a compact design and very easy setup for home and small office IT equipment, including modems, routers, computers, DVRs, inkjet printers, NAS, or POS systems. At full load, it supplies power for 1 minute. At half load, it keeps connected devices running for 8 minutes. Its modern black and white design is complemented by a practical LED strip on the front panel.
Key features of the LEGRAND UPS Keor SP 1500VA/900W backup power supply
- Tower design saves space on your desk
- Integrated AVR technology stabilises voltage without draining the battery
- Clear LED status indicator on the front panel
- Buzzer can be completely muted if needed
- Six IEC C13 sockets on the rear panel
- Separate USB port for charging phones
- Internal lead-acid battery
Mains parameters and topology
This system uses line-interactive technology and handles a wide input voltage range from 170V to 280V. The input frequency ranges from 45Hz to 65Hz. It stabilises the output voltage between 207V and 253V at a frequency of 49Hz to 61Hz. The device operates with a single-phase input and output, and effectively compensates for fluctuations in the mains supply.
Performance
The device delivers a real power output of 900W and shows an overall efficiency of 97% at full load. The output power factor is 0.6, and the unit can power various types of loads in a single-phase AC network. In the event of a power outage, it switches to battery operation instantly, providing enough time to save work-in-progress on connected computers or NAS storage without the risk of a sudden shutdown.
Battery and its features
Inside the unit is a single VRLA lead-acid battery. This industrial rechargeable cell is easy to replace with a new spare when it wears out. The battery is subject to strict industrial regulation and exhibits stable parameters even when operating in demanding conditions. The manufacturer supplies the backup power supply with the battery already integrated in the package for immediate use.
Protective features
The integrated Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) corrects voltage deviations without needing to draw power from the battery. The device operates quietly with a noise level of up to 40dB, and an integrated fan maintains a stable temperature for the internal components. The system protects connected electronics from damage. The safe storage operating temperature ranges from 0°C to 40°C.
Communication interface and management
Connection to a computer is provided by a USB communication interface and an RS-232 port. On the front panel, there is a graphical LED indicator for the battery charge status and a convenient button to mute the audible buzzer. You can easily read the current power status directly from the front panel without needing to install complex software.
Connectors
The rear side features an IEC C14 input connector for connecting to the mains. A total of 6 IEC C13 output sockets are used to power end devices. The unit also has a handy USB port for charging mobile phones, tablets, or other portable devices. A USB-B port for communication with a computer and an RS-232 port for serial communication and device management are also available.
