Properties of borosilicate glass
The glasses are made of borosilicate glass, which is significantly more resistant to mechanical damage, such as scratches or cracks, compared to ordinary glass. The glass is also heat-resistant and withstands both high and low temperatures without risk of damage. The double-walled THERMO construction creates a vacuum that insulates. This keeps hot drinks at their temperature for longer, and prevents condensation from forming on the outer wall of the glass with cold drinks.
