Insta360 GO Ultra ND Filter Set
Insta360 GO Ultra ND Filter Set ND filter
Capture perfect shots in various lighting conditions. Enjoy long exposures and creative effects, such as light trails in a city at night or soft, blurred water. ND filters for the Insta360 GO Ultra (a set of three neutral density filters) reduce the amount of incoming light, helping you achieve a cinematic look with natural motion blur, better contrast, and exposure control even in bright sunlight. Ideal for outdoor shooting. A protective case is also included.
Key features of the Insta360 X5 ND Filter Set
- Set includes ND8, ND16, and ND32 filters + a protective case
- Each filter is designed for different light conditions
- ND8: reduces exposure by 3EV – suitable for slightly sunny days
- ND16: reduces exposure by 4EV – for normal daylight / partly cloudy conditions
- ND32: reduces exposure by 5EV – for very bright conditions
- Cinematic effect with natural motion blur and better exposure control
- Helps reduce overexposure and maintain natural colours
- Compatibility: Insta360 GO Ultra
When to use the ND8 filter?
The ND8 filter reduces the amount of light by 3EV and is suitable for slightly bright conditions. It lets you work with a wider aperture without the risk of overexposure.
- Landscapes, architecture, or smooth motion – the filter helps maintain accurate exposure and clean scene rendering
When to use the ND16 filter?
Balanced colours and contrast even on a bright day. The ND16 (–4EV) is ideal for normal daylight, partly cloudy weather, and scenes with alternating light and shadow. Shots look more natural and motion isn't harshly 'chopped'.
- Slightly overcast day / partly cloudy / shady streets
- Sunset ('golden hour') – for subtle motion blur
- More natural look in standard daylight
- Slow-motion shots without overexposure
When to use the ND32 filter?
Balanced brightness and natural colours in very bright conditions. The ND32 (–5EV) keeps the exposure time within 'cinematic' values and helps achieve smooth motion blur.
- Sunny day – sports, travel, outdoors
- Action scenes (cycling, running, skateboarding, cars)
- Slow-motion shots with natural motion blur
- Long exposures in the city without overexposure
- Smooth transitions between light and shadow
Motion blur with a cinematic feel
Natural motion blur gives your shots a cinematic character and a sense of fluidity.
Amazing long exposure effects
Achieve striking night-time effects with long exposure – light trails in the streets and gentle 'veils' of water without overexposure.
Stunning star trails
Capture bright star trails during long-exposure night photography.
