The compact and lightweight METAB PowerMaxx BS Basic drill offers high performance for versatile drilling and screwdriving. It belongs to the 12V class with plug-in batteries, which makes it an extremely practical and easy to use tool. The spindle is equipped with a magnetic internal hexagon for screwdriving bits, which allows working without a chuck. The integrated LED lighting effectively illuminates the work area, and the practical belt clip - which can be easily attached to the right or left side without the use of tools - adds to the comfort of the work. The drill is equipped with 12 V LiPOWER battery cells and comes with two 2 Ah batteries. It offers a maximum torque of 17 Nm for soft material and up to 34 Nm for hard material.

Precision performance with low weight and minimal vibration
The torque can be finely adjusted from 0.5 to 5 Nm. The maximum drilling diameter in steel is 10 mm, while in soft wood it is up to 18 mm. The idling speed is infinitely variable in two ranges: 0-360 and 0-1400 rpm. The chuck can hold tools in the range of 1-10 mm. The weight of the device without battery is 0.75 kg, with battery 0.95 kg. When drilling into metal, the vibration level is 2.5 m/s² with a measurement uncertainty of 1.5 m/s². When screwing without impact, the vibration is also 2.5 m/s² with the same uncertainty. The sound pressure level is 73 dB(A), the sound power level is 84 dB(A) and the measurement uncertainty is 5 dB(A).
