Power, cooling, memory and storage
A stable power supply for multi-core processors and key components is handled by a power system with 24-pin ATX and 2× 8-pin ATX 12V connectors. To maintain optimal operating temperatures, the board has large passive heatsinks on the VRM and chipset. The system is complemented by eight connectors for fans and water cooling circuits, including specific headers for pumps. This gives the user control over temperature management throughout the case. Four DDR5 memory slots support up to 256GB of RAM, overclockable to 8800MHz. For the system, applications and data, it offers four M.2 slots for fast NVMe SSDs, two of which use the PCIe 5.0 interface. You can further expand data storage using two SATA III ports and take advantage of RAID arrays.
Expansion slots and network connectivity
For installing a high-performance graphics card, it offers a primary PCIe 5.0 x16 slot that is directly connected to the processor. You can install other expansion cards in the PCIe 4.0 x4 slot. Network connectivity is handled by a fast 5GbE LAN from Realtek for a stable, low-latency wired connection. For wireless communication, it integrates a Qualcomm module with support for the Wi-Fi 7 standard and Bluetooth 5.4 technology.
Rear panel and audio features
The rear panel offers a wide range of peripheral connectivity options. It includes two USB4 Type-C ports with DisplayPort 1.4 video output support and other USB ports of various generations. For easy management, there are Q-Flash Plus, Reset and Clear CMOS buttons. The audio output is handled by a Realtek ALC1220 audio chip, which provides 7.1-channel sound and a digital S/PDIF output for connecting to external audio systems.
