The Fujifilm Fujinon GF 23mm f/4 R LM WR lens is a high-end ultra-wide angle lens designed for Fujifilm GFX series medium format mirrorless cameras. With a focal length equivalent to 18mm on full frame format, it provides an exceptionally wide angle of view, ideal for a wide range of scenes where spatial depth and precise rendering of detail are key. The lens uses 15 optical elements in 12 groups, including two aspherical and two ED elements to minimize aberrations and achieve maximum sharpness even in the corners of the frame. Despite its wide 99.9° angle of view, the GF 23mm/F4 R LM WR maintains edge-to-edge sharpness. The nine-point seal makes it easy to use even in the harshest conditions. Protects the lens from dust, moisture and temperatures down to -10°C. High-resolution GFX images require a lens capable of resolving fine details with little to no distortion, so the optical design consists of 15 elements in 12 groups. The lens uses a pair of aspherical elements to control distortion and spherical aberrations and a series of low dispersion elements (one Super ED and 3 ED elements) for improved colour fidelity and clarity.

The result is a lens that produces architectural images with straight lines and sharp angles, while beautifully rendered landscapes can transport viewers to fantastic new places. Nano GI coating has been applied to the individual elements to suppress surface glare and light veils and to improve contrast under strong lighting conditions. The iris aperture has 9 blades and allows a nice, soft background blur. The lens uses a linear AF motor with internal focusing for fast and silent focusing. The aperture ring allows you to control the aperture manually or from the camera body. A lock is provided in the A (Auto) and C (Command) positions to prevent accidental repositioning when handling the lens.
