Control panel and cooling
The Fractal Design North XL case is fitted with 140mm Aspect 14 fans. They are all located at the front and draw air into the case through a dust filter. Of course, it is possible to install additional fans, including water cooling. This keeps the components inside the Fractal Design PC case well cooled. The control panel includes a power button, as well as headphone and microphone connectors. More importantly, it features USB 3.2 Gen 1 and USB-C ports.
Dust filters and cabling
The Fractal Design North XL case is designed for convenient component installation. This is aided by the absence of a traditional drive cage at the front. Dust filters help ensure ideal operating conditions, and their magnetic attachment makes them easy to clean. You can easily organise all your cabling. Inside the case, there are ready-made cable routes and a number of passthroughs.
