A little bit of history
Bosch was founded in Stuttgart in 1886 by Robert Bosch as a workshop for precision mechanics and electrical engineering. At first, the company focussed mainly on the production of low-voltage magnetos for gas motors. Over time, however, the company's product list expanded to include:

A true pioneer

The first model was the IXO cordless screwdriver, which in 2004 was the best-selling tool in Europe.
