The LG UltraGear 25G523B-B offers a smooth 200Hz picture
The high 200Hz refresh rate allows the monitor to render fast-paced gaming action more smoothly and with less motion blur. Combined with a 1ms GtG response time, you get a fast image response that is also suitable for action and competitive games. A shorter response time also helps to reduce unwanted ghosting during sudden scene changes.

The IPS panel of the LG UltraGear 25G523B-B monitor provides wide viewing angles of 178° horizontally and vertically and consistent colour reproduction. Typical 99% sRGB coverage along with HDR10 supports vivid and faithful display of gaming and multimedia content. The display can show 16.7 million colours, has a typical brightness of 300cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 1,000:1.
G-SYNC Compatible and AMD FreeSync Premium for smoother gaming
The LG UltraGear 25G523B-B monitor supports NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible and AMD FreeSync Premium technologies, which synchronise the picture with the output of a compatible graphics card. This helps to reduce tearing, stuttering and other distracting effects during fast motion. NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible support on this model is available via DisplayPort.
Gaming features for faster reactions
Dynamic Action Sync minimises input lag so you can react to in-game action as quickly as possible. Black Stabilizer improves visibility in dark scenes and Crosshair places the aiming point in the centre of the screen. In addition, the FPS Counter allows you to continuously monitor the current frame rate, so you have a better overview of your gaming rig's performance.
LG Switch for more convenient screen management
The LG Switch app allows you to adjust the picture and brightness settings directly from your computer or save your favourite configuration to a keyboard shortcut. You can split your desktop into up to 11 different layouts and launch a supported video call platform with a single click. You can easily adapt the LG UltraGear 25G523B-B monitor for gaming and everyday work.
Wide range of connectivity options
The LG UltraGear 25G523B-B is equipped with two HDMI inputs and one DisplayPort 1.4, so you can connect a computer, laptop or gaming console. A separate 3-pole audio output is provided for headphones. The DisplayPort also enables the use of NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible.
- 2× HDMI
- 1× DisplayPort 1.4
- 1× 3-pole headphone output
Thin bezels and practical stand
The three-sided, virtually borderless design helps to focus your attention on the display area itself and is also well suited for multi-monitor setups. The L-shaped stand takes up minimal space on your desk. The screen can be adjusted by tilting, and thanks to the 100 × 100mm VESA mount, it can also be mounted on a compatible arm or wall bracket.

Colour coverage (gamut)
Determines how accurately a monitor can display colours. sRGB is ideal for web, movies or games. DCI-P3/Adobe RGB is appreciated by graphic designers or professionals at work. The higher the value, the better the monitor displays colours. Maximum brightness
Expressed in nits or cd/m², this value determines the brightness level of the monitor. Brightness above 400 nits is crucial for HDR content and readability in sunlight, while standard office monitors are fine with values above 250. Refresh rate and response time
The refresh rate (Hz) determines the number of frames displayed per second, so the higher the value, the smoother the picture and the less eye strain. A lower response time value (ms) eliminates motion blur. 144Hz+ is ideal for gaming, while values around 75Hz are suitable for office monitors.Specifications
