This phone is the best possible android in its price range. This model has 8GB of RAM, so all apps and games run briskly, and with 256GB of internal memory, you won't feel short on space even if you have a giant app for every damn store and a bunch of games and photos. Still, there is a memory card slot (at the expense of a double-SIM). The 5000mAh battery lasts a really long time, and fast charging charges the phone really fast without noticeably heating up the phone. It is possible to pay by card via NFC, control appliances via infrared port, GPS works well and external devices can be connected via USB port. The in-display fingerprint reader works seamlessly, but the in-display placement is generally an unfortunate solution in my opinion, as you cover the image with your finger and can't blindly hit it, compared to a reader placed in the side lock button like on older models. There is also face unlocking, which I personally don't use. In the package is a 33W charger with a quality cable, a quality screen cover that really protects (softer and overlaps the display area), compared to the cover on older models is not transparent, so it does not yellow, but the true color of the phone is not visible. The package also includes an already adhesive film on the display. Even without it, the display is solid and so far I have not managed to break the glass in any Redmi model (they fall on the floor all the time, only the back of the 11S cracked). The biggest and probably the only minus is the video quality, which obviously has no stabilization compared to the older 11S and 12S models, which I think is due to the use of a different brand of the rear cameras themselves. So if your main goal is photo-video, I would consider other brands in the same price range. 108Mpx (9000x12000px) resolution can only be achieved using the 108MP function, which has limited capabilities. In other camera modes, the resolution is lower (12Mpx, 3000*4000px) than other phones that have 50Mpx. It also doesn't do 4K, or 60+fps. Other than that, all that's missing is eSIM support, waterproofing and Qi wireless charging.
