I bought the phone as a successor to my 9T. so the progress between the generations is significant, the performance has really increased rapidly, the camera is in a whole different league and being spoiled by DSLRs I can say that in five years the difference is very visible. I have my own observation about the camera - I was just surprised how much the hole in the display bothered me, really after all these years with the pop-up camera I guess I've found that if I need something three times a year I don't need to keep it in sight all the time. Still, if I had to choose again, it is my choice again.
