I switched from XIOAMI POCO F2 PRO and I can't praise the phone, the system operation is something amazing, animations, great response and amazing haptic response. I can't describe the display with any other word than TOP. The biggest attraction of the phone is the price, in my opinion, I bought the 12/512 GB variant for an amazing 20 311 CZK with the use of a larger variant for a lower price and a student discount, for such a price the best price/everything ratio you can not get a better phone. The packaging is nice, and unlike the competition that cuts out accessories for "environmental reasons", there is a matte protective cover that fits and feels nice to the touch, as well as a quick charger with usb cable. The phone's USB-C port supports usb 3.0, when you plug an external SSD into the phone, it's visible versus usb 2.0. The frame is made of aluminium, the back is made of frosted glass and there is a protective film on the front glass. The chipset is Snapdragon Gen 3, which ensures smooth operation of the system without any problem. Apps open quickly, swiping is jerk-free. The battery is 4610 mAh, which is decent for a phone with a smaller display. The battery lasts me a day with no problem during normal use, but if you turn on benchmark, GPS or even the camera, the phone starts to eat like Temelin. With prolonged exertion, you will feel warmth in your hand. Fortunately, there is also a 90W charger in the package, which charges the phone quickly, but it also heats decently. The display could be 1440p like the Poco F5 or even the X14 Ultra, but the display is smaller so I can understand that. The Amoled panel gives beautiful colours, brightness and sharpness. A refresh rate of at least 120 Hz is commonplace today. The phone plays 4K videos fine without any choppiness, the sound is good and loud. HyperOS is now just a redesigned MIUI 15, but the jump from Android 10 (on my Redmi) to Android 14 is noticeable. But I still miss some functions and adjustments, something is messed up in the settings and you have to look for it somewhere else. I am at a loss for words about the Chinese appearing in some corners of the setting. At least with the flagship models, there aren't as many Xiaomi ads as there are with the mid-range models. Photos are pretty good (definitely better than mid-range). There is the possibility to choose more saturated photos (Leica vibrant) or more faded photos (Leica authentic). Zoom is good up to 10x, 30x is edge and 60x is unusable due to noise. Width worse with less detail. Macro good. Sometimes I think there are reflections in the photos from the module. Sometimes the camera adds nonsense. Video best in 4K 30fps with HDR or 60 fps without HDR. Optical stabilisation is good and so is the quality of the videos. 1080p is already less detailed and 8K/24 is unnecessary and choppy for the present. The front selfie camera can also take 4k videos and the quality is good. The big problem I encountered right after purchase is the fogging of the main camera lens after a few minutes outside (the other two lenses do not fog) see attached photo. Only when I put the camera in the heat or in my pocket does the blur disappear within a minute. I have learned on the forums that this problem persists from older models and is therefore more of a design flaw. I still can't remove the condensation, I have tried many tips and instructions. I'm sure there is a lot more to review, but here I give my biggest takeaways. Apart from the aforementioned problem with the camera, I am satisfied with the phone in most things.
