The NVME controller chip regularly reports a temperature of 40°C more than the temperature of the flash memory modules. The memory modules will then gradually start to overheat because the heat is reaching them from the controller. Over time, heat can accumulate in the flash module of more than 60°C, which is the safe limit for preserving the life during operation. Competing products do not overheat like this. I consider this NVME unsuitable for SBC and environments where air does not swirl around the disk. I solved it by installing a cooler on the controller because I don' t have time to change the product. And it' s not the fault of the piece but the fault of the product, because I bought 2 and they behave the same. Competitive NVME (e. g. from the company K******C) for the same price, even higher speeds have significantly lower temperatures (without cooling).
