I don' t know if the backpack is khaki, I would describe it as medium to dark brown. I like the color, appearance and design. If you want to use the backpack for an EOS 80D size SLR camera with a larger lens, then you can place one medium lens and perhaps a flash in the adjustable compartments. If you would like to carry a larger SLR and a laptop at the same time, consider buying a larger backpack that can handle all-day trips.
