The only thing that could be better is if the microphone wasn't built into the USB, but brought out extra on its cord (I have both the USB and AUX under the armrest, so if the microphone was extra on the cord I could bring it out and stick it out, this way I have to lift the armrest when making calls).

We purchased this device (2 units total) in Jan/Feb 2024 so we could play audio from the phone in an older car stereo with AUX and USB input in our cars. It works reliably. Connecting to your phone is fast. It got a little hot in the summer, but we didn't experience any overheating problems. The sound quality is good enough for me. I'm not an audiophile and I don't have an ear for music either. Handsfree is a bonus for me. Handsfree works and our voice is clear enough in our case. It probably depends on the location as well. We have them wired on the center panel directly into the radio. Now after about 10 months I can say that it is a quality device at a great price.
