I use the computer mouse daily and intensively, 8h work in CAD, FEA, I put high demands on the mouse. I've used Logitech M500s for a long time and couldn't imagine using another work mouse. There were problems with carpal tunnel, but practically as soon as I started using this mouse the problems went away. After three months of use, the problems never returned. I've had short-term negative experiences with vertical mice in the past, so I was also quite skeptical about this mouse, but this mouse surprised me positively from the start and was definitely better than I expected. I got used to it very quickly (practically immediately) and after a few days I refused to grip any other mouse. It fit my hand very well (of course it depends on hand size and finger length - I personally have a larger hand), it was a bit lighter than the M500s (different movement dynamics) but I quickly got used to it. My pinky is in contact with the pad/table, but I don't mind. Works on any surface (wood, rubber, floor, paper, blanket, granny's doily...) except glass. All 4 buttons are in a non-standard position for obvious reasons, but I got used to it without any problems. Also, the scrolling (turning of the wheel) is unnatural, but you can quickly get used to it. I have a definite feeling that the mouse is holding my hand in a natural position. Overall I am satisfied, the mouse solved my carpal tunnel problems and as a working mouse it has proven itself to me.
