The lid cannot be opened completely, probably due to protection against steam scalding, so it is difficult to absorb water in it at speed. I already do this by pouring water into it from another measuring cup. This beep is terribly annoying when it is night, early morning, quiet, or the baby is sleeping. It beeps a lot, often, and unnecessarily twice. The minimum water level is 300 ml. Also still a lot to make it usable for heating baby water to 40 ° C. So why we bought it, we never used it. I consider it an advantage that I can bring the water to a boil and then let it cool down and I can see the temperature. It has a nice design and heats up the water quite quickly. We do not regret the purchase, because it still wins compared to the competition.
