Yes, the results are not exactly the same as from a classic deep fryer with oil - some dishes have a different texture and are not as "crispy and greasy" - but this has its advantages - there is no typical deep fryer smell in the kitchen, the preparation is healthier and most importantly I don't have to stand at the stove all the time and watch everything. One thing I was a little disappointed about, though - the fryer doesn't have a bottom heating element, so some foods don't cook evenly. But this is already a matter of more expensive models, so it must be taken into account in this price category. Overall: a great kitchen helper if you want to try a quick and clean oil-free frying or baking option. If you already have experience with this preparation, it is better to invest in a more expensive model.
