Good wireless range (slightly greater than the more expensive Logitech F710)
Ability to switch between XInput and DirectInput interfaces
Ergonomics, fits well in the hand (but can be very subjective)
Weight just right, doesn't feel cheap, but not too heavy

More or less on closer examination you can see some minor "imprecision" of the plastic castings somewhere, but this is very cosmetic and you can't expect a 100% luxury look for 600kč
Looking at the analogue sticks from certain angles, you can see gaps inside the device
The built-in Li-Ion battery is not replaceable, so you really need to take extra care when discharging and recharging so that the controller doesn't sit around for a long time discharged. After a couple of years, you can expect a decrease in capacity and, with improper handling, a drastic drop in capacity, making the wireless connection unusable (need to power via cable)
Even when connected via cable it is necessary to have a wireless receiver connected (it doesn't work separately either via cable or wirelessly, but it's more of a detail)
Probably the biggest minus is the sensitivity of the levers. Not tragic, but they have a certain dead zone, which can be seen for example when controlling cars in the old Mafia 1, compared to eg 2x more expensive Logitech F710 it is noticeable. I don't play FPS with a controller, but in my opinion it is a dead zone to the extent that it can be gotten used to and bypassed by skill in control.
