these are the third headphones of the WH-CH series - I had 700, 710 and I went to 720 - the previous ones after years the padding went away - I was always satisfied with the headphones, I am not an audiophile, for me they sound beautiful (enough), noise cancelling is fully sufficient for my need - just fine headphones - but the comrades with sony made a mistake with 720, the headphones spontaneously and randomly disconnect from the bluetooth phone and stop playing - you listen for 4 minutes and more than once the sound of disconnection and after 3 seconds the sound of connection - but I have to play the music again - it is so annoying and incomprehensible - and I am not alone in this, on the Internet I found dozens of users of these headphones who report the same problem

For a long time, I couldn’t find any ANC headphones that were comfortable enough, so I opted for these basic Sony ones, which are perhaps the lightest on the market. As far as comfort goes, they really are unrivalled so far (I’ll leave the quality of the ear pads and ear sweating aside). The ANC works reasonably well, although it obviously can’t be compared to the top-of-the-range models. They don’t exactly impress with their sound, but what can you expect given the features and price? The app is the antithesis of user-friendliness, and connecting it to other devices (apart from a mobile phone) is a real headache. I couldn’t get the headphones to work on my Samsung TV, even after several hours of trying in vain. I’d give it four stars, but I’m deducting one because it can’t be connected to a TV.
