twice I bought the headphones, I thought that the noise cancellation does not work and no it is really very weak here. the sound of my SoundCore liberty 2 pro is orders of magnitude better. have weak bass and connectivity issues, every 10 minutes the left earpiece momentarily shuts off. with regard to the price-this headphones disappointed me very much

I still have the WF-1000XM4, so I can compare. Considering I bought the headphones to wear outdoors, the disappointment of the crappy ANC is great. When listening in a room where the wind is not blowing and there is no other source of noise, there is nothing to fault the headphones. But then again, I don't need ANC there: -) This really didn't go well for Sony, but maybe new firmware will come out that can still fix something. The included foam end caps don't suit me (but that's my problem), I'll try replacing them with others.

I had a previous version that was good. I mean, about 3-4 months before the headphones started disconnecting and reconnecting on their own. I've had 4 pieces and I've claimed all of them. All of them had a dead battery in one of the headphones. Leaving aside these difficulties and the fact that it was virtually impossible to make calls from them outside, I have to say that I really liked the sound and the absolutely perfect ANC. So the new version doesn't even have these features. Shame, I'm going back. Yeah, and they're from some Russian distribution, which I'm not really comfortable with either.
