I'm very satisfied, eARC works great - I use 1 remote to control both TV and Beam; voice control is non-violent and sufficiently responsive. I can't connect to 2 Symfonisk 2nd gen boxes from IKEA; Sonos hotline is always full - waiting even 50 minutes
great sound
quick setup
design
I can't connect to Synfonisk 2nd gen and I don't know why

I definitely recommend it: -)
sound
speed of setup
surprising bass in music (considering it's just a soundbar)
reliable sonos ecosystem
surprisingly less bass in dialogues (even though it's just a soundbar)

I am not an audiophile and I am only evaluating my subjective experience with my desired use-case of PC->TV->BEAM for movies and games and Android+YoutubeMusic in a family environment, so I completely understand the positive evaluation of others. But for me, it's been an ordeal for days. The installation went without a problem. Unfortunately, the initial satisfaction with the sound is then replaced by the never-ending frustration of trying to get YoutubeMusic going. The way it works is that you add Youtube Music integration in the sonos app, then log in with one of the accounts (we have family premium). The first one I selected didn't even work (couldn't find any music - no error message) and I had to use another one. Every other family member with the app installed uses the sonos environment with this one account anyway. Sure, the advantage is that each user doesn't have to have a separate premium, but it also means in practice that no one else in the family can use playlists from their account. Also, there is a single shared queue of recently played music. In the meantime, you're dealing with things like the soundbar disconnecting itself when it's disturbed by another HDMI cable in the gooseneck, or other family members not being able to control things like night mode and a few other things from their app (unless you log them in with your sonos account). Support for "ordinary" chromecast is sorely missed! I'm constantly scouring sonos support and reddit looking for workarounds for individual problems and all I read is complaints and complaints about the sonos app. Somewhere in the meantime, Sonos is litigating with Google rather than addressing individual issues. And the sound? I find it very nice - especially in the dialogue area - the podcasts and audiobooks are really cool, and I also finally got the "weak voices - loud music" effect in movies. There's some of that bass and a hint of spaciousness. Somehow though, it makes me feel like I might as well want that subwoofer and maybe a pair of rear speakers. But do I want to invest 40k gradually in something with such absurdly poor connectivity? I'm still going to try to tweak it for a few more days, but realistically I'm considering returning the soundbar. Sound 4*, app and connectivity 0*
Very nice sound in the dialogue range and a bit of bass to boot
A touch of surround sound
Terrible app and especially the extremely frustrating youtube music integration
The hdmi cable interferes with other cables in the gooseneck (in my case hdmi PC-TV versus Beam-TV) and it randomly disconnects during soundbar playback. The cable has to go out
I would prefer connectivity via Chromecast

I don' t understand how such a product survives with its price tag. Yes, the sound quality is good, but you need to spend enough time to at least try it out. The Android mobile phone found it via the app, and you can play YouTube music and Spotify via the Sonos app, where you can' t find your way around or find anything at all. The YouTube music app doesn' t see the speaker at all, Windows PC doesn' t see it like that - a long search on the net confirmed that this is how it should be 🙄. If you don' t have an HDMI-Arc port (which almost nobody does), and you don' t own an Apple, this is the black box for you, where you can listen to the radio from the Sonos app. But it' s not so rosy even with Mac OS - although the connection was made with one click via Airplay (why isn' t it done for the same button in Android? ), but the movie that was playing had a sound delay of about a second. Maybe I could find some other crazy tutorial for this, but 3 hours spent wiring a 12000 product was enough for me.
The sound is not bad
nice packaging
return within 14 days
can' t connect from android
in fact, it cannot be connected to a PC
with Apple there is a second audio delay for movies
the price for an unusable blackbox is insane
you must have HDMI-ARC
