Until the manufacturer software fixes this thing (so that the scale doesn't shut down during a FW update), it's useless. I packed it up and returned it. After the first switching on, it paired seamlessly with the phone via the Sencor Home app. Following the procedure recommended here, I updated to the latest firmware. Set up three user profiles for family members, currently only using mine as I plan to use the scale as a joint Christmas present. Switching between profiles in the app is quick and easy. During the first six measurements, I verified that a proper grip on the handles is essential for more accurate (consistent) body composition results. With a poor or altered grip, the scale can measure significantly different values, in my case by up to about 3 kg in fat/muscle ratio. The data is stored in the application, where you can clearly monitor the changes in the graphs and also compare individual measurements with each other. For the price, this is a very smart personal scale with an ITO layer that offers multiple user profiles, app connectivity and detailed tracking of weight and composition over time. After the first tests, I am satisfied with the functions and accuracy and I believe that it will serve the whole family well after Christmas.
