So for the first time in my life I got a Samsung, in the Samsung Galaxy s 26 Ultra version in a beautiful light blue color, I took advantage of the launch offer of higher storage for the price of lower, we'll see if I ever use it: ) The phone is actually very fast, I like the image quality the most which doesn't hurt my eyes and then of course the top-notch photos that can finally compete with Apple even at night. The phone also introduced a new Privacy Display feature, which is really cool and you no longer have that weird feeling of who is peeking into your privacy, but overall, there hasn't been much of a shift as the battery capacity and charging speed is still literally frustrating compared to China.
Quality camera, especially at night there is a shift
Fast, doesn't cut
Quality display, doesn't hurt the eyes
Still only 5,000 mAh battery
Charging 60w is a shift, but China can double the speed

So here we have the Galaxy S22 Ultra vol. 4. Privacy display is a blast, finally no need to buy glass. Video and photos are great too, but that's a classic for Samsung's Ultra. The reduced weight is also nice, so when I held the Pixel 10 Pro XL and then this phone, it was really noticeable. I'm curious how the battery life will be, because keeping X years with only 5000mAh is a pretty risky business for me. It's also a shame that Samsung continues to refuse to implement magnets directly into devices, as I have a complete ecosystem around them at home, work and in the car. I have to wear a cover on my phone like this.

I'm switching from the S22 Ultra and first impressions are positive. I'm going to miss the Bluetooth stylus a bit. I have occasionally used it as a remote shutter release when taking photos. What I probably won't miss were the rounded edges of the S22's display. The screen protectors I used were peeling off on the rounded display, getting dust underneath and making it unsightly. I would welcome MagSafe charging without a case, but I'm rather glad Samsung kept reverse charging. The camera is much better, but Samsung still has a lot to improve. The Samsung S22 Ultra was getting pretty hot. That seems to be a thing of the past with the S26 Ultra.

I'm switching from the S 22 ultra and the new S 26 ultra is a better quality and nicer phone in every way. Despite the size, the phone fits perfectly in the hand, I appreciate the lower weight. The cameras take great photos, zoom is more detailed, exclusive photos at night, cooperation with AI. A big plus is faster charging and, given the power, long battery life. At high performance, the phone hardly heats up thanks to the aluminium processing. The downside is that the phone really wobbles a lot without a case, so a case is a must.
very high quality display and processing of the phone
the only phone with Privacy Display technology
fast charging
camera with great night photos
high performance

does not heat up at high power

I got the highest configuration with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage in the gorgeous Deep Asteroid Violet color and I have to say that the performance is absolutely uncompromising. The phone responds instantly to any stimulus, and even when I have dozens of apps open at once, thanks to 16 GB of RAM there is no slowdown. 1 TB of memory gives me complete freedom when it comes to shooting and recording in high resolution. The big hit for me is the Privacy Display technology. It's very handy, the display is perfectly legible from a straight-on view only, while from an angle the picture is darkened so no strangers peek at my private messages. The enhanced aluminium design feels very premium, the phone feels lighter and it's very heat dissipative even during more demanding operations. The camera delivers top-notch results, especially night shots, and the telephoto detail is top-notch. For users who want the ultimate in modern technology and privacy, this is the obvious choice.
Privacy Display - great privacy protection in public.
Combination of 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of memory - maximum performance and space.
Colour Deep Asteroid Violet - very elegant and luxurious look.
Aluminium processing - lighter body and better heat dissipation.
Superior photo quality even in low light conditions.
High purchase price corresponding to the highest configuration.

Excellent top phone at a top price
Privacy mode in two intensities, with the first intensity virtually unaffected by display quality
Higher Ram is known
Top quality from Samsung, just in smooth and works well
At maximum privacy, the display is already ugly, lots of brightness, little color and contrast. Temporary use only.

I'm switching from the Galaxy S10+, so quite a piece of history. What surprised me was the size, I was worried that it would be a much bigger paddle, but it is only a little bigger. Anyway, I'm enjoying the transition from the x years old generation to the current one. The display, the camera, the technology, the blast. On the other hand - I have to give the layout and design of the camera as a definite minus, I'm worried that even if I have a cover, the lenses will scratch over time (hence the overall 4 stars). The S10 had that handled better than the current models, that the camera stands out so much. The phone is still lying weird, so it would be great if they changed it somehow. And then there is the "privacy display", it turns on and you can clearly see a slight deterioration in the sharpness of the display. but I understand it's probably the technology. and it's a complete novelty built into the phone, not taking into account the foils, so I guess that's the toll of progress, maybe the next generations will be more polished. And the pen can't be used remotely to take a photo, no: /. But overall it's clear that the jump is significant for me. I know the magnetic ring is being discussed, but that's pretty much a minor issue for me, thanks to the transition from the historical piece. But, it doesn't have a 3.5 headphone input, whine whine, and despite having 1TB, it doesn't have a memory slot. Cards .

I expected a lot from such an expensive phone, which was shown and presented everywhere - WHAT IT CAN DO. I was buying an S23 Ultra. a. I've been chopped up on what shapes, features, quality it has. I can't say that about the S26 Ultra. I will start by saying that the HUMIDITY DISPLAY does not work as it should, even at half or maximum level. I just see it anyway, no matter how I look at it. Also, the display quality deteriorates dramatically at MAXIMUM PROTECTION LEVEL, not by a bit. It's really noticeable. I am absolutely not happy with the pen. S23 - S24. TOP, STROP. I feel the weight, the quality, the BLUETOOTH works. Here I feel like I have a straw that just draws on the screen. Big minus. I can only look forward to having a camera and a camera that is really important to me. The mobile phone can't handle many functions and that's thanks to the fact that I'm in the EU and the Czech Republic. It's cut. Very. The colours are beautiful but still the same. I miss the days when phones had really beautiful and interesting colours. It's still not the predecessor under APPLE.
Lighter
Better camera for photos and videos
The pen looks very cheap and again it is not BLUETOOTH.
The privacy on the display is not what I saw in the video.
No flashlight increase
No interesting colours for mobiles.
The mobile on a flat table is uneven and wiggles due to the lenses on the back.
No magnet on the phone.
Many features still don't work for the EU and the Czech Republic
The promised Czech language is still not there even after 2 years.
The pen is made in such a way that I always have to put it back as I took it out originally otherwise it is uneven and does not fit with the frame.

I'm switching from an M53, so I have to say the jump is huge. The phone runs beautifully even with multiple apps running, the camera is great and some of the AI features are a blast. I personally praise the privacy display, although it reduces the quality of the image, but I take it as a great gadget e.g. for banking or similar (I couldn't have it on all the time, there really is a difference). It's a bit of a shame that the phone's body is made of aluminum for such money, anyway, Samsung will justify it with better heat dissipation and we'll see more in time. The S pen is a complete novelty for me, the last time I remember a pen for my phone was about 10 years ago, but it's quite an interesting diversification, and features like a magnifying glass or a translator when you just zoom in with the pen is nice. I would really appreciate it if the notes from the lock screen would be saved somewhere in a reminder (so that it could pop up for the next full hour) instead of the usual notepad. Occasionally at work I need to write a quick note, but with a reminder. Many people criticize this year's rounded shape, but I welcome it. On the one hand, the price plays a big role, which for me is honestly quite exorbitant and when you compare it, besides the speed, photos, etc. the samsung interface is actually still the same. Anyway, sometimes you have to make yourself happy and see what the next days/weeks of use bring.

I switched to the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra from the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and I have to be honest and say that for me, the upgrade really paid off. I have been using the phone for a very short time, but the overall impression is very positive so far. The first thing that really excited me is the cameras. The photos are extremely sharp, full of detail and look very good even in low light. Video stabilization is also a big plus. Even though I'm only shooting handheld video while walking, the footage is not choppy and looks very smooth. For someone who likes to shoot videos of trips or everyday life, this is a really big advantage. Another thing that pleasantly surprised me is the privacy display. When I look directly at the phone, I can see everything normally, but the people next to me can hardly see the content on the screen anymore. In practice, this means that no one can simply look at my phone on the tram or in a café, which I find a very practical feature. The speed of the phone is also very good. Everything runs smoothly, apps open instantly and the phone handles multitasking and more demanding apps without any problems. I was also pleasantly surprised by the battery - in normal use it lasts all day without problems and often much longer. But of course there are things I don't like at all. The first is the S Pen. The position of this model has changed a bit and when you try to insert it backwards, it doesn't sit quite right. It's not a big problem, but for such an expensive phone I would have expected a better solution. The second thing is the protruding cameras. The camera module is really pronounced and the phone is hard to lay flat because of it. Even with the cover it's not quite ideal and the phone sometimes wobbles a bit. Overall, however, I rate the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra very positively. Compared to the S24 Ultra, I noticed some nice improvements and the phone is really comfortable to use. If anyone is thinking of switching from the previous generation, for me it definitely makes sense.
