My current Samsung Galaxy S21FE still works great, but I wanted something with a better camera, especially for taking pictures of my young daughter. Unfortunately, the S24 did not meet my expectations. I was horrified after the first photo on auto mode and wondered what it was. Lots of noise, little detail, overall worse quality than the current S21FE: -/ Auto mode is unusable from my point of view - high ISO and with it a lot of noise, low quality, massive post-processing. Pro mode is already usable. But realistically only some photos are better than the S21FE, otherwise it's pretty similar. Only the selfie camera is significantly better. I've read that Samsung has been making baby steps year-over-year lately, but this was pretty disappointing. This is how Samsung is about to miss the train altogether. Even more so if it continues to put Exynos in phones. Too bad, OneUI is fine, compactness is great. But the main thing I wanted from the phone didn't come true.
