I have had it for 14 days and I am very happy with it. Going from the A50 to the A55 is like going from a Favorit to an Octavia.

I bought as a replacement for the Samsung A71 which I have had for 4 years and is slowly running out of support. I bought the Samsung Galaxy A55 5G as a replacement for the Galaxy A52s 5G. So far, I have to say that the pros outweigh the cons. I had some concerns because of the use of the "private" Exynos processor, which was also fitted to the Galaxy A51, and that frankly failed. The processing of the phone thanks to the metal frame gives the impression of a "more expensive" phone and I definitely appreciate the use of glass on the back of the phone - the glass is unfortunately in a glossy finish where fingerprints and smudges are immediately visible but it is not necessarily a negative, as I use the cover.
