I bought the product because of the high humidity of the house, which is half a year after a complete renovation and the room was about 80% humidity - new plaster etc. In the morning the windows (new 3 panes of glass) and hinges were totally dewed. Yes, we ventilate correctly and regularly in consultation with the designer - there is no fault here. Condensation on the windowsills downstairs. In the 3 days we have had the dehumidifier running we are terribly surprised how much water it has already sucked out and the internal moisture is dropping down like a stone! We're at 65% in three days. Dry windows in the morning with no condensation! We'll see how it goes, but for the time it's been running we're pleased beyond measure. The only big disadvantage is the noise level - you can't compare it with a fridge, which is quiet as a mouse. It's just that the compressor inside is really noisy. We have it in the largest room (kitchen-living room about 40m2) during the day the comfort goes and you kind of stop noticing it. But at night, we have to turn it off because no one would fall asleep. Since it works perfectly, it is an acceptable noise, which unfortunately belongs to it and to the technology. So I definitely recommend everyone to get this if you have problems with moisture in the house.
