There is constant talk about how microplastics are harmful and how plastics release phthalates when heated, but when you want to buy a kettle that won't boil plastics into your water, you'll find it's not an easy task. This is one of the few kettles where the water does not come into contact with the plastic during heating. Other kettles, even if they have a plastic container, have a plastic lid on the inside that is affected by boiling steam, or have a watermark that is plastic and water overflows through it. This kettle is a complete CELONEREZ exception. For me 100% satisfaction. I'll skip the watermark, I prefer water without plastic in the kettle anyway.
