The reader worked for about 4 months. Then the display stopped working. Claims -> conclusion: mechanical damage to the display. The reader was in its packaging the whole time and was handled very gently. Unfortunately, apart from putting the phone down on the reader, I don't know of any mechanical stress. I requested a photo of the mechanical damage and they sent me a photo of the non-functioning display. The reader doesn't have a scratch. A repair was offered for about 2100Kč. Alza unfortunately stands on the service side of PocketBook (sad) and communication was very assertive. I noticed the negative reviews about the fragile display, but I didn't pay attention to them, unfortunately. Do not take the reader really just look at it crookedly and 3 grand in the hole.
