I've had the gamepad for 2.5 years. I must highlight the haptic response and adaptive triggers. It's a feature that can really draw you into the games. I also have to praise the touchpad, which came in handy in a few games as a button, or quietly as a touchpad for a mouse. The front buttons are fine, I'd say to them just "don't get frustrated, don't get excited". Unfortunately, the positives end here. I personally had a problem with the connection, my bluetooth kept disconnecting and in many games, even when connected via cable, you need an emulator for the controller to work at all. The D-pad isn't great either, it's hard to press and when you do press it, you'll probably accidentally press some other one in the direction you wanted to press. The driver is very difficult to repair at home. The levers are the worst. The rubber starts to peel very quickly, for me after about a year. When you want to press the levers, there's a sort of "in-between step" where you feel like you've pressed the lever but you haven't. they grind very hard against the edge when turning. After about 2 years, I got stick drift on them. So if you want a controller that will last a long time, buy one with Hall effect/TMR levers.
