I struggle a bit with the feel when cleaning, even though I have the vibration set on low the oscillating bristles tickle my tongue too much and it's quite uncomfortable - it takes some getting used to. One thing I would criticise about the case is that the head can be placed in it, but only without the protective cover, so this cannot be carried with the brush, it could be useful at times to give the rather expensive head some extra protection. A big minus then deserves the application and actually pairing and synchronization. Occasionally, the app displays an instruction that is replaced by another instruction before the person reads it. The app started to search for the toothbrush that needs to be switched on (by taking it in hand), but before the pairing was completed, the toothbrush went to sleep again, so the app was unable to complete the pairing -> Paired only after a few minutes, when it managed to catch the interval when to take the toothbrush in hand to wake it up, and when exactly to click the button. This could definitely have been done better. The manufacturer states that the app does not need to be on when cleaning, that the cleaning data is stored in the brush and can be synchronized afterwards - which I would like. Unfortunately, very often, in fact most of the time when I finish brushing my teeth and then want to download the data in a few hours, the toothbrush connects, but the app claims that there is no cleaning data. So basically nothing is stored. I think that's a pretty big disadvantage. I don't want to brush my teeth and have to keep my phone on with an app on it so I don't accidentally lose data. The charger is a nice little pancake with some pretty ugly plastic on it. As if it would be a problem to make it nice as one piece to make it look like something.
