First I have to say that this is one of the worst products I have bought in a long time. But nice from the beginning. I previously owned basically the same product from BlendJet, which I was extremely happy with and therefore have something to compare it to. The top hinged lid sounds good on paper. Unfortunately, once opened, if you pop the lid off and start drinking, the top is dirty from the blended contents that start dripping on you. Another feature is a tiny hole for the air inlet into the bottle, unfortunately it sometimes starts to leak. Paradoxically, it is best to unscrew the entire top cap and drink directly from the bottle. Another not quite ideal feature is the control, it takes a while to turn on the mixer, completely unnecessary, but so be it. But what is absolutely the worst is that I had to claim the product twice and it lasted only 4 weeks max. And basically always the same glitch. The mixer refused to work. The button either lit up or flashed red, the blender refused to charge. What is the mixer trying to tell you with the red button? Is the mixer dead? Is the bottle part not tightened? Is there moisture in the blender? Who knows? In the case of the second complaint, I'm guessing that moisture has entered the blender. The charging container is incredibly water-holding and even rusted after 3 weeks. I once dried it for 2 days, first on the drip tray and then on the heater where I kept turning it. Even after this time the connector contained moisture, why I do not understand. The mixer to be washed doesn't expect to encounter water? Why isn't the connector rustproof? Why isn't it just a little bent over to let the water out? I will also mention that I have only ever blended protein in the blender, nothing hard, no ice or anything hot. I used my previous BlendJet mixer in exactly the same way for 2.5 years without a single problem (I eventually broke it by falling from a height, unfortunately). According to other reviews, I would guess that people are happy with this product. How I have such a diametrically different experience I am unable to understand. But I won't buy it again.
