My first watch stopped charging. The fault was not on my side, the service confirmed it. The charging port was already bad from the factory. It manifested itself in such a way that the watch began to vibrate furiously and overheat. After about 2 hours the battery died, so they started to cool down and the vibrations were over. Then I tried to charge them, but they wouldn't light up. I went to Alza to claim them and got new ones for them, exactly the same. Well, the other watch stopped working after about a year. In the evening I took them off and put them on the table. I turned on do not disturb mode. Before putting them away, I checked their battery level, it was 53%. I put the watch on my wrist this morning and it didn't respond to pressing the button when it was supposed to light up. I put them on the charger even though they were still working in the evening and had enough percentage to charge them. When the charger is attached, they should vibrate 3 times in a row and show a wheel that is refilling. It didn't show or vibrate. They don't even respond to a longer press of the power button. I treated the watch decently and charged it at 15%. I feel like this watch has a flaw in all of them. Don't look at the price like I did and buy a regular analogue or really smart watch instead. I also have wireless headphones from this brand and there was a problem with them as well. So watch out for this brand. I don't want to denigrate or demean the brand, I just want to make sure other customers don't fall for it.
