The board works as it should, only after plugging in all components (MSI Radeon RX 580 and AMD Ryzen 5 5600x) and flashing the BIOS using a FAT32 flash drive with MSI. The ROM board lit up, the fans spun up, but nothing on the monitor, not even a flicker. I've tried all the graphics outputs (the 5600x doesn't have integrated graphics, so only on the graphics card) and still nothing. I disconnected and reconnected everything. Nothing. Re-flashed the BIOS several times. Nothing. I finally had to dig out the old graphics card, replace it with an RX 580, and finally it let me into the BIOS where I had to switch the CSM mod to UEFI! Only then could I plug in the RX 580 and finally get into windows. Maybe someone will find the instructions useful.
