they sent me the unpacked goods at full price, I immediately returned them
damaged stamp on the box and incomplete packaging, the console was just in the box without a protective bag, it even looked sturdy
I will never send anything more expensive to alzabox again

I was a bit scared of a Windows handheld, but it's totally awesome - I even got rid of my laptop now that I don't need it. This handheld is a total blast. Just like a PC with super performance.
Awesome performance
Looks great
Just a handheld
Adapter already in the package

What can I say, the performance is absolutely awesome, but the MSI control app is so incredibly buggy, slow, or completely freezes, you name it.... one MSI application.... but it's just as crucial an application for the console as windows itself, here you set the performance even switch settings from mouse to gamepad, so you can easily happen to be in Windows in gamepad mode, so you practically don't make a sound when that wonderful application gets stuck, you can just do a restart. I have never seen such a buggy application, which is absolutely crucial for the operation of the device in my life, or maybe I saw it until 2005, it is really a total tragedy, which degrades the whole device by several classes. Understandably, MSI engineers didn't think to make a setting in that stupid application that prevents the automatic change of control from desktop mouse to gamepad, so for example in turn-based strategy you switch every round to gamepad, which can't control the game at all. I don't see how any engineer could let this out. If you survive these constant troubles you get really great performance, good FPS, basically any game is playable on lower-medium details, not so graphically demanding games on high settings. Personally, I have to say that I understand why people still like Steam Deck, which is absolutely somewhere else in terms of performance, but everything works on it.
Really high performance
Good sound
If you're already playing, it's good
Probably the most user unfridndly device I've ever had in my hands
MSI control apliation totally bugged, sometimes directly non-functional
Impossibility to set up controls for each game, one scheme
You have to search the manual to get it to run for the first time, windows installation and activation is buggy, keyboard doesn't pop up
To put the device into operation at all count so 5-6 frustrating hours of the basic version of Windows and the MSI application is totally unusable, with the MSI application count on the fact that when you gradually update it, it freezes, so restart and nicely again

I purchased the device as a replacement for the original Steam deck. Newer graphics card and processor is known (Z2 extreme) there was Steam deck not breathable so here you will have enough performance even in higher resolution. Cooling compared to steam deck is quieter. Good ergonomics and the larger display is also noticeable. Using a handheld with Windows is a little less convenient but depending on the use here it is easier to switch to another window, for example with a browser even while playing. If you want a more console-like interface you can install Bazzite linux which is similar to Steam OS. MSI's Windows app is pretty skeletal to use. It kind of works a bit to help you run games but no miracle happens. Overall I like the device and as a replacement for Deck it is great.
Power
Ergonomics - easy to hold
Lightweight plastic housing - reasonable weight
It looks robust
Solid display
Windows
Bazzite installation option
Relatively quiet cooling
Runs new AAA games
It can be easily used as a PC after docking.
Windows sometimes plus sometimes big -
MSI app still it's not very debugged rather a fallback
The plastics are not shiny but they are not poor quality they may look cheap to some.
For that price it could have been a 2tb SSD

I've had it a week and I'm still testing it. So far I have no negatives, only positives 😉
I originally wanted some sort of game box, but I ended up choosing this and I have no regrets at all. I was surprised how beautifully it worked and combined two things into one. As a personal computer, Windows 11 is awesome. I can take it with me on the plane and grease up in a long moment of play. It's small and if you buy a case that you can get on ebay, you can carry it everywhere. For me, a great combination. 👍
So I'm sure there will be some little ailments, but it's all down to habit.

I own a Legion GO, which I upgraded with a 2TB SSD and dual-boot with SteamOS and Windows 11. I use SteamOS 95% of the time and wanted to test whether the higher performance and battery life would be worth the temporary switch to Windows until there was a Linux alternative. Unfortunately, Windows and poor processing are not really worth it (although the difference in performance at the same TDP is really noticeable somewhere, e.g. Dead Space: +30%). It's a shame that MSI skimped when the other model with Intel's Claw 8 AI+ APU is amazingly crafted (that one has its problems again)
High performance (within category)
8" display
AMD APU, so chances of SteamOS, possibly Bazzite
24GB RAM
1TB SSD
Battery life
Cheap-looking processing
TRAGIC vibrations
Noisy cooling (either MSI was saving or Z2E heats up a lot, but with higher TDP you get to 8000 RPM according to measurements)
SW from MSI (sometimes it gets stuck, sometimes it doesn't open at all)
Windows (I don't know that Bazzite is available anymore, let alone SteamOS)
